Bodied By Jennifer — Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

Bodied By Jennifer does not issue refunds. We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within the time frame and provide proof as outlined below.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with approved exchanges.


Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging with all tags attached

Free from foreign smells (e.g., tobacco, pets, perfumes)

Free from pet hair/dander, etc.

Apparel: Folded neatly (not rolled or crumpled)

Breakable items: Must be packed and shipped back properly (we cannot accept exchanges for items that break during return transit)


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

Personalized merchandise

Intimates such as undergarments or bathing suits

Perishable food or juice items (unless defective upon delivery)


How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange request:


Email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with the following:

Your receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation is acceptable)

A written description of the issue with your product

Clear photos and a short video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Our customer support team will review your submission and respond within one business day with next steps.

Do not ship your item back until you receive instructions from our team.
Items sent back without authorization or “return to sender” will not be accepted or replaced.


Exchange Window

You must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item (either at pickup or after staff drop-off delivery).

If approved, the exchange will be processed for the same item (if available) or an item of equal value.

Exchanges outside the 24-hour window cannot be honored.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe your product arrived defective or damaged, please email [email protected] with the subject line:
“Item Received Damaged” or “Item Received Defective.”

Attach all required proof (photos, video, and written details).
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll contact you with instructions for your exchange.


Order Discrepancies

If you received the wrong item, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with the subject line: “Order Discrepancy.”
Attach clear photos of the incorrect item(s). If it was our mistake, we’ll cover the exchange and shipping costs.


Shipping Your Exchange

Once approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a verified error or defective item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on location, exchange delivery times may vary.

For items valued over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Order Not Received

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier listed on your order tracking page.
Bodied By Jennifer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Orders returned to sender or refused upon delivery will not be re-shipped.
These orders will be treated as abandoned, and no refund or replacement will be issued.


Order Cancellations & Edits

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

To attempt a cancellation before processing, email [email protected] immediately after placing your order with the subject line “Cancel Order.”

Address changes or edits must be requested immediately after ordering.
Once an order is processed, no edits can be made. Customers are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate before submitting an order.


Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Verify all shipping and contact details before checkout

Inspect all items immediately upon receipt

Follow all product care instructions

Submit exchange evidence (video, photos, and written details) within 24 hours

Failure to meet these requirements may void eligibility for exchange.
