Local Pickup & Delivery Policy (Bodied by Jennifer)

1) Eligible Items

Local Pickup & Delivery are only available for:

Skin Care & Glow Essentials Collections

Meal Prep & Juice Essentials

Shapewear & Fitness Collection Items
All other products ship via standard carriers and are not eligible for local pickup or delivery.

2) Processing Time

All local pickup and delivery orders require a minimum 24-hour preparation period. Scheduling begins 24 hours after the order is placed and occurs during the next available M/W/F window.

4) How to Book (Required Form)

After purchase, submit the Pickup/Delivery Form (linked on your confirmation page). Provide:

Email used at checkout

Preferred day (M/W/F) & location

Pickup or Staff Drop-Off Delivery

Mobile number for day-of updates
Orders without a completed form cannot be scheduled.

5) Delivery (Staff Drop-Off Only)

Delivery is performed only by Bodied by Jennifer staff within select Detroit neighborhoods, during 12:00–2:30 PM (EST) on M/W/F. Customer must be available to receive; we do not leave products unattended. Fees are confirmed at checkout or via text/email.

6) Order Readiness & ID

Bring your email confirmation and a photo ID (name must match the order). Authorized alternates must be listed on the form.

7) Perishables & Condition on Handoff

Meal prep and juices are handed off fresh and properly stored up to the moment of pickup/delivery. After handoff, temperature control is the customer’s responsibility. For safety, opened skincare and perishables cannot be returned.

8) No-Show, Late & Rescheduling

10-minute grace period within the 12:00–2:30 PM window. One complimentary reschedule if requested ≥3 hours before your window; additional reschedules/no-shows may incur a $10 handling fee. Perishables: freshness not guaranteed after a missed window; no refunds.

9) Weather, Safety & Unforeseen Delays

Severe weather or safety concerns may require us to pause or relocate service. If we initiate a change, a no-fee reschedule will be offered.

10) Cancellations & Exchanges (No Refunds)

No refunds. Exchanges only.

Exchange Window: You must request an exchange within 24 hours after pickup or staff drop-off delivery.

How to Request: Email [email protected] within 24 hours and include:

Order email (the email used at checkout)

Written description of the product issue

Clear photos and a video showing the issue and product condition

Eligibility:

Perishables (Meal Prep & Juice): Exchanges only for quality/safety issues reported within 24 hours, with required photo/video proof. Taste preference or improper storage after handoff is not eligible.

Skincare/Shapewear/Fitness: Exchanges accepted for verifiable defects/damage reported within 24 hours with required photo/video proof. Shapewear/Fitness must be unworn and with original tags/packaging.

Inspection: Evidence is reviewed before approval. Approved exchanges will be scheduled for the next available M/W/F pickup or staff drop-off.

Shipping: For non-local exchanges (if permitted), customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective upon receipt.

11) Customer Responsibilities

Submit the form after purchase, allow 24 hours processing, use your checkout email for verification, be present for your window, bring photo ID, and maintain proper temperature control after handoff.

12) Contact on Service Day

For day-of updates, reply to your confirmation text or call the number provided in your confirmation.

13) Right to Refuse/Modify Service

We may refuse or modify pickup/delivery if safety, compliance, or policy requirements are not met. The version posted at purchase applies.
